What To Expect On First Visit
We look forward to welcoming you to Cambridge Dental Hub on your first visit.
Our service is available seven days a week, providing an outstanding level of care and attention at every Dentist and Hygienist appointment.
When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a set of registration forms, either on paper or on your smart device. This usually takes around 15 minutes, so we kindly ask all new patients to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time.
The forms include your medical history, contact details, and our consent form outlining the 48-hour cancellation policy (deposits are non-refundable within this period). You will also acknowledge that all care is provided on a private basis.
Once registered, you will be taken to the treatment room to meet your clinical team.
Most first appointments include a full examination of your teeth and gums. Many patients will require a radiograph (X-ray) to help us diagnose any concerns. Whenever possible, we aim to carry out the necessary treatment during your first visit.
